All debit cards and credit cards are accepted, as are bank transfers. 

Cash is only accepted by private hire drivers. 

The night charges between 21:00 and 07:00 in the UK and are set at a 20% premium. 

If the customer cancels a booking within 12 hours of the start of the period of hire, there will be a 20% cancellation charge. 

Any additional waiting time will be charged at £6.50 every 15 mins (airport transfers have 1 hour free waiting time from the time of landing).

The price quoted is the final price based on the information given at the time of the booking without any unexpected costs unless there is a deviation from the route, or if any other journeys are undertaken during your trip.  

No smoking is permitted in our vehicles, no rubbish is to be left in our vehicles, we ask that our customers take any rubbish with them. 

Please not that not all our drivers are not permitted to accept bookings and our executive drivers are not permitted to accept cash payments.  

Customers are responsible for any damage they cause to the exterior and interior when travelling within our vehicles, the customer will be charged accordingly for any repairs or valeting that is required to restore the vehicles back to the original condition.  

Every effort will be made to ensure that the vehicle arrives on time. 

Our drivers will always travel via the most appropriate route unless asked not too by the customer. 

All Hardy’s vehicles and subcontracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims however, the client’s properties are carried entirely at their own risk and Hardy’s shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage.
